  • Standard EAP - Telephone Counselling Helpline

Premier EAP
1. Free-phone (0800 number)
2. 24/7 access to WSM’s Counselling Helpline Centre
3. Comprehensive general advice, information and sign-posting
4. Specialist debt advice and counselling
5. Telephone legal advice and sign-posting – provided by fully qualified lawyers
6. Telephone counselling – available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
7. Telephone counselling clinical assessments and sign-posting advice
8. Provision of up to 6 sessions of face to face counselling, per employee, per issue
9. Counselling provided at local and high quality BACP approved premises
10. Provision of on-site counselling, as required by managers
11. Addictive behaviours counselling, advice and on-ward referral
12. Critical incident rapid response and specialist PTSD counselling
13. Emergency appointments capability and procedure
14. Clinical governance, minimum of BACP standards, secure case management
15. Extensive local network of BACP accredited counsellors
16. Management referral to face-to-face counselling
17. Provision of Clinical Assessment Reports to referring managers
18. Pro-active Account Management, including quarterly meetings
19. Keeping of secure records in accordance with the Data Protection Act
20. Promotion of positive emotional health and wellbeing
21. Comprehensive launch communication programme
22. Briefing presentation for managers
23. Employees launch presentation and meeting (for organisations of 2,000+ staff)
24. Leaflets for all employees – including 15% spares
25. Posters for all notice-boards
26. E-material for intranet use
27. Employee Assistance On-line information and sign-posting employee website
28. Detailed EAP usage statistical management reporting
29. Employment issues trend analysis report and commentary
30. Comprehensive on-line evaluation system for all users of the EAP

Legal EAP
All features in the Premier EAP Package, excluding: 8. Employee self-referral to face to face counselling

(Face to face counselling is available, but only via management referral and/or a clinical recommendation followed by management approval and authorisation).

Standard EAP
